Does Inspace offer technical support?

We offer a variety of levels of technical support depending on your license level.  Our enterprise customers can expect a dedicated Account Manager, personalized onboarding and training for your hosts, and live chat support. We’ve designed our support network to take the burden off of your IT department.

Does InSpace require an installation on the computer?

Because InSpace is browser-based, there’s no download or installation required! We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best InSpace experience.

How does the toxicity filter work?

Our toxicity filter uses machine learning to identify potentially harmful or toxic messages.  If a participant types a toxic chat message, they will be notified when they try to send the message to the group and the chat will be blocked. At their discretion, hosts may toggle this feature off to accommodate the needs of their classroom setting.

What accessibility features does InSpace have?

What level of security does InSpace have?
