Adding Co-Hosts in InSpace: A Step-by-Step Guide

Co-hosts share permissions with the host, such as recording, starting and ending sessions, and creating breakout rooms.

After creating a space, you can assign co-hosts with the same permissions as a host. You can add as many co-hosts as you would like to your space. You can add co-hosts to your space from your InSpace dashboard or while logged into a meeting space.

Adding Co-Hosts from the InSpace dashboard

Once you create a space from your dashboard, you can add other people as co-hosts.

    2. Click “Create Space”
    3. Type the name of your new space and select the space type and access permissions.
    4. Under “co-hosting” type the email address of the person you are inviting to co-host.
    5. Click “Create”. An email with the space link will be sent to the person you invited to co-host.
