Auto-Captioning in Chrome

Activate auto-captioning in your Chrome browser settings to create captioning within the InSpace environment.

One option available to Chrome users for creating auto-captioning within an InSpace session is to adjust your browser settings to create auto-captioning.

To adjust your browser settings for this purpose, follow these steps:

1. Click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of your browser window.
2. Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
3. Click “Advanced” and choose “Accessibility”
4. Toggle on the live captioning feature

After adjusting your browser settings, you will see auto-captions on the screen for audio when other members besides yourself speak in the InSpace environment.

Note: auto-captioning in the Chrome browser only works for English at this time.
